Idiyappam flour preparation
Raw rice-4cup
Boiled rice-1cup
Wash the ricess
Drain out water
Springle it on dry cloth
Under sun light.
When the rice ready to grind .
Grind it in mill.
Slightly fry the flour .
When the moisture gone
Use jalladai for filtering the lumps in flour
Store the flour in airtight container.
Flour ready.
When you want to make idiyappam
Put kadaay  and pour water .heat the water with salt.pour few drops nallennai in it.when the get heat u  put flour in it.make dough.put in idiyappam instrument.make idiyappam.on idly plate.cook in idly cooker.few minutes it get ready
